OoooHhhhh! Little Smack talk ah? Raining like heck here in Columbia. But going to do 6 miles on treadmill in a couple minutes. While you're at IHOP getting the tripple stack. Ate the runners diet last night. Roadhouse Hot wings and 3 monster Yueglings. And already proccessed it this morning. Will go utilize the protien and grain for the morning run. Waiting out the the tropical rain storm so I can travel over to Greenville & back today. Still weighing 215, should be 205 by Trot Day barring no sickness or injury. Going to run 10 milers next couple of Sundays.

Well lets see, I'm back up to 191 pounds- about 15 more than I was 2 months ago. I've ran 4 times since August 10. I've got the crud lung for 3 weeks now, cant get over it from all the traveling.
But anyway all that said- I still plan to bring home 1st. May have to let L.Sherm compete in the senior bracket so he can win one.

I might bring in a ringer....A 7th grade girl from Fairview done smoked all of the runners from the area in the 16th Region...Cannot remember her name..She must have some GIFFORD blood...To fast to be a HENRY.

Thats funny Shermie....T-Todd in the race..I still have some times from 2007 that I did not post..David came by today and looking good....He might run if Holmes will...But it gets dark about 6PM, they might make it to the Park since its downhill, BUT the LEGION is very close to the park..They would make a PITSTOP and call for a ride....Missy & Dougie furnised the water at the half-way last year around the Armory..I will buy the WATER...Not Beer, Lots of grain in beer...K&K should have a cookout for this event and tie in a Chili Cook-off..I can win that...Timmy Tucker should enter this race. It would be real funny if BRETT JOHNSON would run, but we would have to have an AMBULANCE following his fat a$$.....I did good today, cut a minute and drove it in 13 minutes flat.
